Profile

 

서울대학교 경영학과를 졸업하고 서울대학교 대학원에서 경영학 석사학위를, 미국 미시간주립대학교에서 미디어 전공으로 석사학위와 박사학위를 취득했다. 민·관·학·연 경력을 다 보유했고 고려대학교 도서관장, 한국미디어경영학회 회장, 한국정보사회학회 회장을 역임했다. 정부 근정포장을 받았고 고려대학교 석탑연구상을 4회, 석탑강의상을 11회 수상했다.

현재 고려대학교 연구기획위원회 사회단장, 4단계 BK21 미디어학과 교육연구단 단장, 스마트미디어 서비스 연구센터(ITRC) 센터장, 지능정보기술과 사회문제 연구센터(SSK 대형) 센터장, 국제학술지 Digital Business 편집장, 과학기술정보통신부 온라인플랫폼 정책포럼 운영위원장, 국무총리 디지털경제 특별보좌관 등으로 활동 중이다.
